Wisteria Lane is the name of a fictional street in the fictional town of Fairview, in the fictional state of Eagle State (United States), where the filming of the series Desperate Housewives took place which caricatures the stereotypes of a suburb American chic with its perfect lawns, large comfortable houses, often surrounded by a fence with white pickets. Wisteria Lane is located in Universal Studios in Universal City and is part of the permanent Colonial Street setting.
